Staff Bios

Noel Dear

Senior Pastor
	Pastor Noel has been senior pastor since August 2005. Before coming to First Baptist Heath he served in Alabama and Mississippi. He is a graduate of Auburn University and Samford University. He and his wife Donna have two beautiful girls.

Associate Pastor, Children's Pastor
	Pastor Wally has been an associate pastor at First Baptist Heath since January 2003. He and his wife Carol have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. He also a former police officer and local baseball coach.

Worship and Small Group Pastor
	Pastor Shawn and his family came to First Baptist in June 2007. He is a graduate of Union University. He and Penny have two children and came to Ohio after serving in Southern Illinois and West Tennessee.

Youth Pastor
	Pastor Troy volunteered as youth director at First Baptist before accepting the call to ministry and joining the pastoral staff. He and his wife Stephanie have two children.

Administrator
	Scott joined our staff as Administrator last spring and has already become a vital part of our team. He and Heather have 2 children.
