For the health and safety of all the children and volunteer staff, parents are asked not to bring their child to a church program or function if they display any of the following conditions:

• Temperature of 100F or more in the last 24 hours
• Runny nose with colored mucous
• Vomiting and/or Diarrhea
• Severe coughing
• Pink eye
• Head or body lice
  
• Undiagnosed rash, open skin lesions, or skin infections (boils, ring worm, impetigo, etc)
• Respiratory infection
  
• Sore throat
• Any symptom of infectious childhood disease* such as scarlet fever, mumps, measles, chicken pox, whooping cough
